Representative of the Prime Minister in the Financial Supervision Commission. Chairman of the Council for Companies with State Treasury Shareholding and State Legal Entities. Studied law at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. Since 2007 he has been associated with the Civic Platform. Member of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland for the sixth and seventh terms. He sat on the Legislative Committee and the Justice and Human Rights Committee, as well as on the Commission of Inquiry into the Correctness of the Actions of Government Administration Bodies in the Case of the Abduction and Murder of Krzysztof Olewnik.
