On the board of McDonald’s Poland since 2017, she heads the Impact department responsible for public affairs, communications and ESG. She has more than 20 years of experience in corporate communications and public affairs. Prior to joining McDonald’s, she worked as a director at CEC Group, a spokeswoman for Agora SA and a manager at large communications companies. She holds a degree in International Economic and Political Relations from the Warsaw School of Economics and a degree in communications from the French-Polish European Studies Program, Sciences Po-SGH. She is a coach with European Coaching and Mentoring Council (EMCC) accreditation.
